Meet Steve:

If you're looking at this, I'm glad you're here. It takes courage to recognize the need to seek answers to questions that confuse us and baffle us about our behaviors and emotions. If you choose to include me in your journey, I will be honored to listen objectively with dignity and openness. Together, we will seek answers to your questions about change and recovery from the things that have affected you along the path. By exposing you to new tools and opportunities, we will work towards solving problems and developing new skills.

  • Abuse

I will be your valued resource on the path to recovery. I am skilled in helping clients recover from addiction and substance abuse, as well as managing anxiety and depression. My specialties include sound meditation, guided imagery, and mindfulness practice, utilizing Jungian theory and trauma-focused techniques. This qualifies me to assist first responders, police officers, firefighters, and veterans on their journey to mental and emotional well-being.

I am a sound therapist and use sound meditation, guided imagery, and mindfulness practice in conjunction with Jungian theory. I employ CBT, Mindfulness, REBT, Inner Child, Transactional Analysis, and Motivational Interviewing to assist in recovery from substance use and reduce anxiety related to Bipolar Disorder, ADD, and ADHD. I also work with couples using conflict resolution theory.
