Meet Erin:
Welcome! I'm glad you found your way here. I'm a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals live a life worth living. I hold a PLPC license and am supervised by a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Endorsed by the National Board for Certified Counselors, my therapeutic approach centers around creating a strong therapeutic alliance, practicing unconditional positive regard and empathy, and providing a space where you can feel vulnerable and validated as you work through challenges. I specialize in working with self-harm, mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma.
I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) extensively in my practice and currently offer individual sessions. In my office, you'll find a safe, warm, and compassionate environment to help you navigate life's challenges.
I understand that reaching out for support can be a significant and often scary step toward living a life worth living. I am proud of you for taking this step and am here to support you throughout your journey, providing validation along the way.
