Meet Brooke:

Brooke Kerbel is a licensed professional counselor with a passion for helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges. She specializes in working with women struggling with transitions to adulthood, motherhood, and beyond, and is dedicated to helping her clients develop effective coping strategies for a balanced and purposeful life.

Brooke believes that counseling is a journey of growth and self-discovery. Her goal is to work collaboratively with her clients, using creative modalities such as games, art, and movement to bridge the gap between tough conversations and taking action. She is passionate about helping clients learn skills to improve difficult areas of their lives and reach their fullest potential.

Brooke utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients address ineffective coping mechanisms and make positive changes. Her focus on authenticity, compassion, and acceptance creates a safe and supportive counseling environment for her clients.

With experience in inpatient psychiatric units and schools, Brooke specializes in working with anxiety, depression, and trauma, while also addressing other issues affecting adolescents and adults. She welcomes clients to come as they are and walk this journey of growth and healing together.
