If you’re new to your therapeutic journey– welcome! If you’ve been on this journey before– welcome back! Everyone’s journey with mental health is different, ever changing, and incredibly complex. As a therapist trained in various “whole person” modalities, I offer a compassionate and supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to grow, heal, and thrive in any environment. My approach is rooted in openness, honesty, and complete acceptance of each person’s truth. I believe that by truly listening and offering unwavering empathy and support, I help each of my clients discover (or rediscover) their true selves and guide them towards becoming their best version.
